Square Mile Broking achieves our 2nd ‘GOLD’ award from Investor in Customers (IIC)

Following feedback from our clients, Square Mile Broking have achieved our 2nd ‘GOLD’ award from the independent Investor in Customers (IIC) assessment process. Our score of 9.34 out of 10 is the highest score by any insurance professional and the 3rd highest score in IIC history for all clients in all sectors.

Our scores were exceptional across the board, with all four IIC principles – Understand and Meet customer needs; Delight customers and Engender loyalty – coming in at over 9 out of ten.

IIC is an independent assessment organisation that conducts rigorous bench marking exercises. These exercises determine the quality of customer service and relationships across several dimensions, including how well a company understands its customers, how it meets their needs and how it engenders loyalty.
