We are looking for a candidate with a good knowledge and understanding of the Commercial Motor Fleet process from FNOL to settlement so this is a particularly varied and client focused role as you will be looking after long term loyal clients.
You will be required to handle a variety of commercial insurance claims; predominantly Motor Fleet, but also Property and Liability losses. In respect of the latter prior experience is not essential as training will be provided.
You will also be responsible for advising and liaising with clients, insurers, adjusters and other intermediaries, via the telephone, email and post. You will work in close conjunction with a variety of departments and Account Executives, providing bespoke reports for them, where required.
The company seeks someone who ideally possesses a minimum of two years’ insurance experience, gained from either an insurer or broking environment. Just as importantly, you will be well-organised, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
